SARCOM offers two methods for making complaints:

1. Sending an email to the following address: abuse@sarcom.com.py
2. Calling +595 985 113 843 where an answering machine will respond indicating the steps to leave your message.

Complaints must be made in a responsible and reasonable manner, with credible data that allows verification of what has been reported, otherwise they will not be processed.
